DESIGN PROJECTS
- Design of a plant for the production of 30,000 tons /year of methanol using CO2 captured from the FCC unit of warri refinery and hydrogen generated from electrolysis of water
- This research project involved experiments to compare the fermentable sugars and bioethanol produced from four waste papers which include cartons, book covers, office papers and brown envelopes.
- Design of a plant for the production of hydrogen using catalyzed methane pyrolysis
-This project involved studies on the components of flare gas, the conversion of flare gas to hydrogen through methane pyrolysis and the use of hydrogen to generate electricity.
-This project involved running catalyzed methane pyrolysis simulations with Aspen Plus and evaluating these results with results from past research papers.
